Kanye West has pulled out of the $14 million purchase of an apartment complex he bought for wife Kim Kardashian.
According to Page Six , West “saw the property during Art Basel in Miami…and bought it as a Christmas present for Kim It was a complete surprise for her.”
The 18-story Faena House, aka the “billionaire beach bunker,” was designed by Norman Foster. Kardashian, however, wasn’t stoked about the expensive surprise and told her husband to back out of the deal.
Other sources claim West backed out because of “leaks” surrounding the sale.
Kanye will lose his deposit of $600,000 due to the change of heart.
