August 10th, 2023 marks 31 years since Patricia Swanberg disappeared from Corvallis under suspicious circumstances. The Corvallis Police Department is still actively investigating this case, however new information is becoming difficult to come by and we are hoping someone in the community who may know something can come forward, anonymously if needed. While Patricia has been gone for some time, she is not forgotten and she has always been on our mind. We would like to help bring Patricia home.

Patricia Lynn Swanberg was reported missing by her employer on August 12, 1992 when she did not show up for work. Patricia was 34 years old at the time of her disappearance. Her on again / off again partner, Clarence “CJ” Pursifull, reported last seeing her in the Corvallis area around August 10th. Patricia’s vehicle was found unlocked and abandoned in downtown Corvallis containing her purse and personal items. Patricia’s family believes she is no longer alive, however the location of her remains are unknown. Patricia is survived by two sons and siblings who have maintained interest in finding Patricia, wherever she may be.

An intensive investigation was immediately undertaken by Corvallis Police Department Detectives with the help of surrounding agencies when she was reported missing. Officers and detectives conducted area searches, some with the assistance of canine teams, interviewed person(s) of interest, and reviewed financial records. Detectives identified a significant person of interest in this case; however, this person is now deceased. Work on this case has been ongoing as new details, technologies, and practices emerge. The case remains open and active today, yet unsolved.

Patricia may have been known to some under the following names; Patricia Wilson, Patricia Lynn Brinkley, Patricia Pursifull, Tequila Robinson.

The original missing person flyer is included with this release, detailing tattoos, scars, and marks Patricia had. If you have information about Patricia, please contact Detective Christy Molina at 541-766-6782. You can remain anonymous if you desire. We just want to find Patricia.
