A skimming device was found on an ATM at the Oregonians Credit Union, located at 19360 Molalla Ave, in Oregon City.
Police were able to seize the credit card skimming device, as well as a camera which had been installed in the ATM housing. The device was determined to have been placed on the ATM on February 25th, 2023.
Police believe that since they recovered the device before the suspect, no card information was believed to be stolen.
At this point in the investigation, no victims have been identified and the investigation is ongoing.
A suspect, who is described as a middle-aged white male adult, wearing a blue stocking cap and tan colored jacket is believed to have placed the device on the ATM.
