USPS Reward Offered In Pepper Spraying Of Postal Carrier

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) who assaulted and robbed a US Postal Service Letter Carrier.

The robbery occurred near the intersection of N Willamette Blvd and N Gay Ave at approximately 6:25 PM on November 30, 2022. The suspect pepper-sprayed the letter carrier and a local resident who tried to intervene. The suspect is described as male between 5'9" and 5'10" with a slim build. The suspect was wearing black clothing, a black hooded sweatshirt, and a black backpack. 

The suspect fled the scene on foot headed west towards N Delaware Ave.
