Salem Police have arrested Michael Wolfe in connection to the disappearance of Karissa and William Fretwell.
Detectives tracked Wolfe down to Portland and arrested him at a donut shop.
Wolfe is charged with two counts of Aggravated Murder and Kidnapping.
Salem Police Lieutenant Treven Upkes says the murder charges don't necessarily mean Karissa and William are dead.
They're continuing to search for them. Dive teams checked ponds Friday, but found nothing.
Upkes says they're asking for the public's help in locating Karissa and William, who's three years old.
Wolfe will be booked into the Yamhill County Jail.
