You probably saw that Red Lobster is filing for bankruptcy…many are closing, so fewer places to get those cheddar bay biscuits. Some people are saying it was their all-you-can-eat shrimp deal that caused them to fold. Now Buffalo Wild Wings is doing an all-you-can-eat deal on boneless wings and fries for $19.99. The deal is good for dine-in customers every Monday and Wednesday.
In this week's Chapter 11 filing, Red Lobster says it has a prearranged bid, known as a "stalking horse" bid, from its lenders to buy out the chain, unless it receives a higher rival bid.
It seems that Buffalo Wild Wings doesn’t want to end up like Red Lobster. They posted their all-you-can-eat promo on Instagram with the caption “please don’t bankrupt us!”
