- A brand of mouthwash is being recalled over a poisoning risk for children.
- The CPSC says bottles of Heritage Store Hydrogen Peroxide Mouthwash should have child-resistant packaging due to containing ethanol, which can be hazardous to children.
- Customers should keep any bottles out of the reach and sight of children. Parent company Nutraceutical Corporation is offering refunds and replacements.
- The recall applies to eucalyptus mint and wintermint varieties, sold in a brown bottle with a white lid.
- No injuries or illnesses have been reported so far.
