President Biden has appointed Lady Gaga and Bruce Cohen to co-chair the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. George Clooney, Kerry Washington, and Shonda Rhimes are on the Committee as well. “Welcome newly appointed members of the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities, led by @BruceCohen83 and @ladygaga!” the official committee Twitter account posted. “We look forward to partnering to positively impact the arts, libraries, museums, and humanities work across the country.”
Gaga wasn’t the only big name appointed as a member to the commission by Biden — George Clooney, Shonda Rhimes, Kerry Washington, Jennifer Garner, Troy Kotsur, and Jon Batiste were also picked.
