Reportedly, Flo Rida's 6-year-old son is currently in the ICU after he suffered a horrific fall from the 5th story of a building about 3 weeks ago. The mother of Flo Rida's son has filed a lawsuit against the apartment building for negligence and stated, "the building was negligent and careless and did not install size guards on the window." Alexis Adams, the mother of the child, said, "As a single mom to a special needs child, this feels like a nightmare. My heart is broken into a million pieces. It is devastating to see my child go through such pain and trauma, knowing that this could’ve been avoided."
