The maximum rent increase in Oregon next year is 10%.
Under Oregon law, the maximum increase for apartments with 30 or fewer units is 7% plus the Consumer Price Index, which is over 3%. The maximum limit is 10%.
Apartments with more than 30 units are limited to an increase of 6%.
