There will be closures of two interstate freeways in the Portland area this weekend.
Friday night at 11 p.m., northbound I-205 will close at the Abernethy Bridge in Oregon City for concrete pouring. It'll reopen Saturday morning.
Then, Saturday night at 10 p.m. I-5 will close both directions for placement of an overhead sign near the Oregon Convention Center. I-5 could remain closed until noon Sunday.
