The organizers of the planned Frog Ferry system on the Willamette River in Portland need community investment.
Using the Green Bay Packers' model, they're asking the community to buy ownerships for $300.
They hope to raise two-million-dollars which would help get state, federal and philanthropic funding.
The electric ferries would run from Vancouver to Oregon City with nine stops on the route.
