If you want to see the changes to the main terminal at PDX, or shop in some of the stores, you can park for free on Saturdays through December 28th. You need to spend at least 25 dollars at certain pre-security stores or restaurants and you get two hours of free parking.
Stock up on locally-made leather goods at Orox, stocking stuffers at Hello from Portland, or holiday cards at PiPH—and top it all off with a specialty latte or frosty beer—and receive a two-hour parking voucher.
