Clare Crawley Spotted For First Time After Stepping Down As Bachelorette

Bachelor Nation fans were shocked when rumors started spreading that Clare Crawley stepped down as The Bachelorette just two weeks into filming the upcoming season. Though Crawley and ABC have yet to comment publicly on the matter, it's reported that Crawley fell hard for one of her contestants—former NFL players Dale Moss—quite early on and refused to continue seeing the other men.

Shortly after it was revealed that Crawley would no longer be starring on the upcoming season, it was reported that former Bachelor contestant Tayshia Adams would be replacing her. Though Adams arrived on set at the La Quinta Resort & Club in Palm Springs, it was believed that Crawley remained on set, as well, amid rumors she and Moss were already engaged. Despite the rumors, however, nothing was confirmed.

On Thursday (August 13), Entertainment Tonight published photos of Crawley for the first time since news of the Bachelorette drama broke. As suspected, Crawley remains at the La Quinta Resort with Adams and the other contestants. In the photos, Crawley be seen with her dog, Honey, and in another set she was spotted with a man and woman. At this time, it’s unclear if they are from the show's crew, or if the man is one of the contestants.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Crawley left her role as the Bachelorette on "good terms" with producers, and that Adams "got a fresh start as the Bachelorette" when she arrived to take over. Few other details are known about how this upcoming season will shake out, but fans will be sure in for one of the most dramatic seasons yet.
