You'll soon be able to find a Band-Aid that matches your skin tone. In a message posted Thursday to Instagram, the company announced that they are "committed to taking actions to create tangible change for the Black community." One of which is their new line of bandages, featuring "light, medium and deep shares of Brown and Black skin tone that embrace the beauty of diverse skin." In addition, Band-Aid also said they are making a donation to the Black Lives Matter movement.
There are other bandages out there that have done this already: Tru-Color Bandages- a retailer that specializes in creating and selling band-aids for medium and dark-toned skin.
