Tom Holland Was "Drunk" When He Helped Save Spider-Man

Earlier this year, the future of Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was in danger due to a dispute between Disney and Sony. Tom Holland has played Spider-Man in 2 solo movies and several Avengers films. Disney CEO Robert Iger said it was Holland that saved Spidey for future films. Holland sent Iger an emotional e-mail and that set things in motion.  Tom was asked about when he found out Spider-Man was saved on Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night. He said he was pretty drunk with Iger called him to respond to the e-mail. Holland said, "I'm three pints in. [I] haven't eaten much and I get a phone call from an unknown number and I have a feeling, ‘I think this is Bob Iger?’ But I'm drunk.” Holland didn't reveal too much more about the call but he says he "wept" and he was "emotional" at the thought of his run as Spider-Man coming to an end. Did you ever have to make an important decision while you were drunk?
