Angry Ship Passengers Demand Refund After Horrible Cruise

The 14-day cruise, which left Southampton on September 27, was meant to dock in France, Amsterdam, Norway and Iceland. A stop in Amsterdam was switched to Le Havre, a passenger told Cruise Radio.
