Selena Gomez Confirms She's 'Finally Done' Recording Her New Music

2019 Coachella Valley Music And Arts Festival - Weekend 1 - Day 1

Get excited, Selenators! Selena Gomez just confirmed she's got new music coming right at ya!

The singer-songwriter, who has been hard at work on SG3 for months, said the project is officially finished. "Yes! It's finally done," Gomez told Entertainment Tonight while making an appearance at a premiere screening of her new movie, The Dead Don't Die, Monday (June 10).

Without giving too much about what's to come, teasing "that's all" she can tell at the moment, we expect nothing but greatness from the superstar, who has been giving fans a behind-the-scenes glimpse of her putting in work in the studio on Instagram.

Last we heard, in March, Gomez admitted that, despite her jitters, her sessions were going well. “I’m currently in the studio and it’s going really good," she said via Instagram Live. "I’m just nervous about it, honestly, 'cause I feel like the next few choices that I’m gonna make are very crucial. So I’m trying to be really really diligent and just patient with everything.”

This latest new music update from Gomez comes months after the star featured on Benny Blanco's "I Can't Get Enough" in February and Julia Michaels' "Anxiety" the month before. In 2018, she unveiled only one solo effort, titled "Back to You," aside from appearing on DJ Snake's ensemble collaboration "Taki Taki."

Her last album, Revival, released in October 2015, but remained in constant radio rotation with bops like "Good for You," "Same Old Love," "Hands to Myself," and "Kill Em with Kindness."
