Since checking herself into a mental facility in April, Britney has been battling not only mental health issues but also conservatorship issues, and now she can add custody issues to the list. Kevin Federline (her ex husband) is refusing to allow Britney to spend more time with their sons until he sees an improvement regarding her mental health. Britney had requested to have additional time with her boys; however, Federline isn’t allowing it until Britney can prove she is stable again and on medication. Federline was award custody of their sons in 2008, one year after their marriage ended. The two have also been battling child support payments for the past two years. When will Britney catch a break?
