Grammy nominated singer-songwriter, James Bay is releasing his second album, Electric Light on May 15th. His originally scheduled concert - October 15th at Theater of the Clouds at Moda Center - has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 30th, 2019 at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall.
