Pepsi Set To Unveil Its First Condiment

Pepsi has announced its first-ever condiment called "Pepsi Colachup.” The sauce was developed with the Culinary Institute of America, a prestigious cooking school, to "craft a revolutionary new type of condiment enhanced with the rich caramel notes and citrusy pop of Pepsi-Cola" and is meant to be the finishing touch on a hot dog. The sauce begins with a Pepsi reduction and then is infused with various ingredients, such as smoked tomatoes and a blend of spices, including cinnamon, thyme, oregano, paprika, plus onions, and ketchup. The limited-edition sauce is available for one day only on July 4 at four ballparks, Chase Field in Phoenix, Yankee Stadium in the Bronx in New York City, Target Field in Minneapolis, and Comerica Park in Detroit.

"Calling all hot dog aficionados, Pepsi Colachup has arrived and it’s the only sweet, salty, delicious topping that was specifically made to pair with your hot dog."

Would you try the new sauce? What do you top your hotdog with?
