Police Borrow Family’s Boat to Arrest Jet Ski Theft Suspect

The Volusia County Sheriff's Office in Florida released video of a family allowing deputies to use their boat to arrest 48-year-old Ronald Williams who was allegedly in the process of stealing a jet ski on June 5.
