Motorcycle Backfire Causes Shooting Scare in New York

A backfiring motorcycle caused panic Tuesday night in Times Square after crowds mistook the sound for gunfire. 22 were hurt from the stampede of people. People feared a possible mass shooting in the wake of the recent events in El Paso and Dayton.
