We all know someone who has had breast cancer. But did you know that 70 people are diagnosed every week in Oregon and SW Washington? Ten die.
There has been great progress but there is still so much to do. The Race for the Cure is more than a walk, more than a run. It's a fundraising event so that we may serve more of the underserved or under-insured. Right now we are able help over 30,000 people with screening and breast cancer services. That leaves over 70,000 who still need Komen.
