Snow White has always been one of my favorites! Disney has been in development on its live-action “Snow White” since 2016. ‘West Side Story’ star Rachel Zegler now has been cast as the first Disney Princess.
“Rachel’s extraordinary vocal abilities are just the beginning of her gifts. Her strength, intelligence and optimism will become an integral part of rediscovering the joy in this classic Disney fairytale,” director Marc Webb said in a statement to Deadline. Production will reportedly start next year.
